Do you have an event to go to and you want to wear hat or headpiece. Here at Tocados mai sara we make it easy for you, helping you every step of the way, there are several options depending on what you are looking for. We can make the piece that best suits your style. You can bring us or email a picture of the outfit you are planning to wear and try a variety of styles and sizes that we have in our shop in Valencia.
Each hat or headpiece is made by hand in our shop / studio in Valencia, Spain. This process of development takes time, depending on the availability of the materials, the style and depending on how intricate the work is. Keep this in mind, since the minimum time is 2-4 weeks from the date you place the order, and may be extended up to 6 weeks.
Your piece will be hand made and customised to your style and personality.
STEP 1
Everything starts with an email. Share with us the details of what you are looking for, the date of your event, and any details that are relevant. If you do not know exactly what you are looking for, it does not matter, we will advise you. Send us a full body photo, and if you already have the style of the hairstyle too, let us know, and some pictures of ideas you have.
STEP 2
We will try to respond as soon as possible to your email within 24 hours, although keep in mind that if we are in the wedding season it could be 48 hours. In case you need more information we will contact you, to have as clear as possible what is your idea. Then we will confirm delivery dates and send you a quote.
Once you approve them, we will send you a link of the product specifically made for you, and thus make the online order.
As soon as we have the confirmation, we will start creating your design!
STEP 3
The production of your order will begin once the payment is made. We will send you photos so you can see how it goes and have your approval. You are still in time to make small changes in your creation.
STEP 4
Once the piece is finished we will send you photos, when your happy. We will proceed to the packing of your piece so that it arrives in perfect condition and we will proceed to the delivery. All shipments have a reference so you can follow your path from our studio until it reaches your hands.
